Is this considered modified?

was surfin youtube, looking at some of shk's vids, then clicked on this one from some Euro:

I noticed at 1:30, his airtime was normal then at 1:38 he has nosky. Just curious if it was actually alright to do this?

You can change that on some server.

Is it allowed? Yes. Should you do it? No. Ethics. Play the map as it is intended. People change the sky to give themselves an unfair advantage. This should be a ban-able offense when caught.

It's server setting, sv_forcesky 0/1. No server actually have it enabled, so you can't change sky on them servers.
