I am in wireless , i am near the modem but when someone go at another comp i lag hard but she is not dling doing something just facebook etc ...

There is no cap to how fast browsers are able to download content. You'd probably have to look for some kind of program or a simple browser add-on to limit it (that's all I know).

Edit: The better alternative would be to somehow prioritize pb2's internet usage above everything else. I have no idea as to how that would be done or if it can be done to begin with.
