I only distrbuted once for a hack 1v1.
and I have no actual proof for the other cheaters, I just know they have either told me, someone else have told me or seen them or they gave me hacks. and no I was NOT hacking in that video at all.
I started hacking in the first place because I kept getting reck'd by hackers and it was annoying... plus hack wars are funny.

So, he took back his 'word' on that and now he gets off? Well, first off - It's not like he turned himself in saying: I DISTRIBUTED BAN ME LONGER, he admitted he gave hacks to somebody to 1v1 them, infact somewhere in the committee thread he might've even told you who? Something to look for.

So he was banned for 666 days which he should still be banned under, and he evaded it a LONG time ago (which means he probably only ended up serving 30/40 days of the actual ban... and now he's getting a mutliple account ban (the account he used to evade) X2 cause second offence.... but what happened to the 'hacking' ban? Shouldn't it be higher? You're trusting him after he evaded and lied about it for a long time that he didn't truly distribute? and your avoiding the fact he never got banned for hacking. But that's over and dealt with, the committee had more information on the matter and voted...

What about Jeongwa? He got banned for distribution, 1024 (didn't get a special number nearly half of that due to request). He gave it to 1 person (Spartax) who is the big distributor and from what I heard it turned out to be a dead link. It turned out he never actually used the cheat himself as far as I was told... so I don't see what's so different between him and Mayhem? They both gave it to 1 person(You may take that back now but when the original ban was decided that was the case), they both had multiple accounts, Mayhem was a 2nd offence Jeongwa's was a first.... Mayhem actually cheated and Jeongwa did not.... yet, Mayhem had 666 due to request, and evaded it and now only has 64 days, Jeongwa had 1024 and has 811 to go... I don't understand with those 2 situations how 1 got such a shorter ban time and got it reduced even further due to saying after he lied originally?

So, based off that Jeongwa should most definitely receive a noticeably lower or removed ban time. He's not one of the Nick123's who after getting banned spammed the forums with hacks, he quietly left the community but would still come back if he received a second chance.

Yeah, Mayhem did a lot worse than Jeongwa. So, if Mayhem is receiving a ban reduction shouldn't Jeongwa receive the same amount of a reduction if not more? erm... I was told the difference is the fact that Mayhem never actually was proved to distribute. It was his own word, and since the person/people who he gave hacks(or taught how to make) never stepped up and admitted there was no real proof and that's why it got lowered.

This makes it different then Jeongwa's case, but what if I brought back Rick's case in comparison? There was proof of distribution but since it was to only 1 person and he showed to still help the community he got it removed. Now - you can compare all the points I did to mayhem to Rick's case and Jeongwa would have sufficient reason to get his ban time reviewed(If the rules were fair to every member of the community), the only difference is Jeongwa did not stay and help the community.... Well let's take a look -- While Rick was banned I don't think he released any maps, or did anything really beneficial to the community anyways, he was just around on forums. So Jeongwa took his ban and left, so basically neither actually stayed to help the community, 1 just stayed and 1 left.

I don't think any one of you can judge a possible difference between jeongwa and mayhem, without having the info which has been published in the commitee section only.

You can trust me on my word that jeongwa's ban for distributing is way more justified than mayhem's ban (based on the info which is available to me).

let me get 1 thing straight from Myers' post:

We have received 2 full logs of other people than Spartax (who shouldn't be considered that trustworthy imo), where Jeongwa says "everybody is using this hack, so why shouldn't we?". Furthermore when I received this logs after approx. 3 months, the link was still active.

Just one thing Myers, there was no evidence of me distributing as far as I know, and I'd know if there was in the committee board (Thanks 2 Kyuuchi). I went to Jitspoe and admitted everything to him, I didn't get found out.

But i tell where i got the cheat, and who give me it. And myers you do an error, i don't give the cheat to spartax, but to scars.  I spam him to deleted it ect... all the day when he was on-line , can ask him.

I decided to quit DP and I couldn't leave without trying hacking.
Never used it in a match or to make it seem like I was god as you can see I played under NoobIzOr and I only played with a bunch of noob euro's that never played before and only did it twice?
I just heard from Rewind that I was banned. haha

I'll have to agree with this one, the old ban shouldn't change. We went straight to mayhem when myers first tried to get mayhem's reduced, and mayhem told us (the committee) that he didn't want to be unbanned, and didn't want to play the game again.... That was less than 5-6 months ago, and also concerned the dedkok issue...

If the committee wants to see it, just go search for Henrod's posts under the Mayhem/Dedkok topic. Why would his ban be changed if we accepted it when he first was banned, and then kept it when he ASKED to stay banned for that long even after we brought up his multi-account to him. Is there a reason why his old statements from himself were thrown out the window?

And Rick's case can't be compared. I explained it in his thread. The committee was never given all of the info of his ban before we voted. We only found out after the fact, and that's why his changed.

Didn't you get him to post about being shk too? They had to get valid proof, which they couldn't so eventually he admitted then denied distributed and now he'll be unbanned shortly. Which seems stupid, even more after reading Jusu's post. But this game's dying so 1 person back helps!
