I had to grab it from here ftp://otb-server.de/pub/Maps/beta/citynight_b8.bsp since the forum attachment didn't work correctly.  Taking a look now.

I think it has too many doors and elevators.  With as fast paced as this game is, I imagine most players will be frustrated waiting for a door to open.  Also, I'm not sure what you did, but the lighting seems really messed up on most of the doors and elevators.  They're super bright.  Also the texture choice (jail doors and such) is a bit odd.  The ladders are gigantic - over 10ft (3m) wide.  I think the flags will be far too easy to defend as well.  There are too many places you can hide and completely cover the flag from any attacking direction (in the corners, under the stairs, etc).

It could be fun though.  I'd suggest getting a bunch of people to play test it and provide feedback.  I've put the map up in rotation on the EV1 beta server.  I'll PM you the login details.  In the meantime, you might want to fix the scale of some things.
