Paintball 2 Freezing/?

So this has happened twice now where dp is loading a map and my game freezes. i can still move my mouse curser around and talk on ventrillo to whoever im talking to but i cant get off the screen. not with crtl alt delete or anything ive tried. any advice

1. OS?
2. Paintball version?
3. Graphics card?
4. amount of ram?
5. processor clock?
6. What color had screen? Or maybe just freeze in console? If so, what message was last?
7. How often this happens?

Was it same map? Looks like .bsp crash.
