Feature Request: Additional trial / training clan tag

It would be great, if we have an additional trial / training clan tag as part of the main clan and another category for trail members.

These threads are a discussion, but many forget that. 
This idea seems to be a good one but do you think the clan leaders are really going to take the time to switch the members around?  What things does this training tag do besides show the server that the person with the tag is not yet a full member?

It should be properly marketed/known through general community for that to take effect. So that the player who wants to brush his skills and train them wouldn't go arround pub asking every clan member if he can join his/her clan. This way he would know that the tag that player is wearing is for training so it would simplify his approach for the trial.
