Except that this map is a little bit empty and monotonous with this two textures, I like the structure of this map.
When you load the map ingame, it shows to warnings because of two plants. Delete the wrong line of this func_models and the message will be fixed.

Add "angle" "#" to your player spawns

Red: I'd lower the brush a little bit, that you can jump on it easier.
Red: This is really just a trifle, that your map looks more realistic. Think about the ends of this plank. Lots of mapper create it like you did here, but most of the time a real plank would be like the red ends are
Red: I would add clip brushes here maybe.
Red: Add clip brushes here, that you can't hit the ladder from below.
Green: Like pic one. I would lower this edge a little bit, that it's easier to get high there.
Red: A big hole!
Red: I'd like to see one more clipped brush here. I hope that the drawing is correct and you can understand what I mean.
Green: Is there a reason for this hole? If not, just close it. Looks a little bit weird at the moment.
