His PBCup.com access has been removed, his ladder standing has been withdrawn.
He wasn't detected with cheats on the PBCup servers (which have cheat detection enabled) so it's unlikely that he was cheating when he participated in 1v1 matches, so I won't be withdrawing his matches because retroactively doing so requires way too much work and manual re-calculations for every match his opponents and any match which his opponents and their opponents have played in.
