What does each "gamemode" signify in BSP

I guess my question is what each number corresponds to when you add a "gamemode" part to the worldspawn ent?
Also, which of these is the norm for either jump maps?
I didn't see this directly explained in the guides, maybe I missed it.

Click on the question mark while you have the entity window open with "worldspawn" selected. There is no "jump map" game mode, but I guess deathmatch is probably the norm for that.
