How Do I Make Match Reserve Servers?

So I downloaded the file from sk98q (thanks so much) and changed the settings in the config.php file but I am confused on where to put all the files: In the configs folder or just anywhere?

Also I was wondering how to connect the match server to a website.

I did but I still dont understand where to place it. I know i need PHP.
