TEAM SWITCHERS
« on: June 19, 2006, 03:30:41 PM »
Hello all,

Some may think this might be about clanhoppers, this is an understandable but incorrect assumption. this is about the people who find it neccisary to switch teams in the middle of a pub game to make the teams all uneven as h3LL! WHY DO THIS?!?! i can understand if someone calls for instance "rp vs all!!!" or some S#it. but its noobs who get killed by someone and want to join thier team so they cant get killed by them! and its not just me its happening to at all. its the most awfully angering thing. it mostly has been occuring in the gt servers, with gt members in there TOO! Why dont u guys warn then kick the people with this kinda behavior? its just not fun having to always switch teams to even things out when someone is always making teams all JACKED UP!!!!

thanks for ur feedback

I think part of the problem is with the vast range of skill present in this game.  Some players could go 1 vs 10 on a pub and tear it up, while others are still having a hard time figuring out right from left.  Mix the two, and the first quickly bores of the lack of competition and sometimes resorts to ridicule or complaining about the lack of skill in other players.  The other quickly tires of getting his butt kicked and resorts to hackusations, team switching, and/or  to servers running lame one-path maps where he can sit and spray the entrance and get kills.

Maybe if the community grows a bit more, we can organize different classes of public servers, like beginner, intermediate, and expert, so the skilled players won't have to worry about idiotic teammates letting the enemy cap, and the newbies won't be getting slaughtered every round.

and if a newb. thinks he´s good enough to join one of those"expert servers"?

i bet he would do the same like on the other servers.

It's a game, man. Unless you are an admin, you gotta live with it.

I think people who want to switch aren't true sportsmen because they dont have the loyalty to stick to their team, but oh well it's no big thing to p*ss urself about ;D
