Yes, plus bout 50 bucks for the stuff I already have, like DVD player, hardrive, the belt-looking things, mouse, keyboard, etc.
I'm looking for a good cheap case that possible comes with a fan and a 450w+ psu.

I would stay away from AMD/ATI (Radeon) cards. Also, what CPU are you going to get?

There is no way that graphics card will do tf2 on highest settings. You will need to put at least 100$+ into the video card for that.

I forgot to put that processor.
AMD Athlon II X4 631 (AD631XWNGXBOX)
http://shop.amd.com/us/All/Detail/Processor/AD631XWNGXBOX?SearchFacets=category%3AProcessor#Details
Usuall Price: $65
I saw a video with the same card but 512mb and he was doing TF2 on high with 60+ FPS without FRAPS.
He had less RAM then me but had the same Athlon processor as I do.
Whats wrong with cards from AMD/ATi? I've heard great things from them. Guess I might need some better card. I figured that would be a decent gaming PC, I don't want much, maybe the highest would be playing BF2 lowest settings.

If I'm not mistaken, people usually complain about drivers for ATI cards not working. Either way I've always gone with Nvidia, always will.

Yeah my catalyst drivers messed up once, there are higher up Radeon cards like the 7000 series though.
It depends why you will be using it for I suppose my set up can run anything at at least 30fps pretty mutch maxed out and I use radeons.
Edit: Good for light casual gaming.
