I don't think combining the two games would be a good idea. Walljumping would make it too easy to get places/change gameplay on pretty much every map, and I really don't think we need to let people go any faster.

i love the warsow gameplay.. however I dont think i would overall like it in DP, it would pretty much change the way we play.

Yea. and with skilled players doing these "wall jumps" it would be harder to hit them, unless you have killer aim!

I think a lot of people would be upset if I changed the movement physics.  Or, to put it in eR33t terms, it'd be like playing with floppy clown shoes.

Sharp Turns: This one might be better for DP overall than the walljumping. This is because often times in DP when your moving really fast strafe jumping or double jumping you end up running into walls or having to slow yourself down. In warsow, what you can do is release the strafe keys while holding forward and turn with your mouse. What it does is pull your character through the turn so you dont run into anything (if you're good at it). Then, if you get real good at it you can combine the strafe jumping and the sharp turns so you never run into anything. This results in very high speeds.

So it would be easier to do the shazam22 jump where you go from bridge to the base and just barely squeeze through? Get what I mean?

i have tried warsow and seem to like dp much better for some reason.  combining, i wouldn't like.  also i love skaters jump method, its looks sooo weird how he is like sideways.

never played warsow so i wouldnt know but i hear thats its a great game, maybe someday ill dl and see what all the fuss is about. but waljumping would take away the fun of alot of maps but i think the sharp turns would be helpful but make the game alot harder for new players
