Handy map that makes it easy to record a paintballer infront of a greenscreen.

Requires CTP1 texture pack on your server.

TIPS:
• Use cl_drawhud 0, to disable the hud, then set it to 1 when you are finished filming.
• cvar_set SmokeGrens 0 and cvar_set PaintGrens 0, will remove paint grenades

I would of just made a custom texture, but I think the less you have to download, the better

This is because mods have to move it to complete maps. But nice avoiding it, lol.

That didn't happen for me when I made neon final release as a new topic in this.

You're not supposed to be able to post new topics directly in this subforum.  The permissions should be fixed now.

The intended workflow of map releases is:

1) Build a map.
2) Post the map as a beta.
3) Get feedback from the community.
4) Improve map and fix issues.
5) Repeat steps 2-4 until the community feels the map is good enough tho be considered complete.
6) Moderator will move the map thread to the completed maps forum.

I can't look at this map right now, so I don't know what state it is, and I'm a bit behind on looking at new maps, but I don't recall there being a beta version of this map, so calling it final on first release is probably not a good idea - there will likely be issues you didn't notice.

That said, it sounds like this is more of a tool map than a playable map.  I'm not really sure what category this would best be placed under -- maybe general development.

Correct jitspoe, this is a tool that is a map.

If I were a mod, I would clean up this thread.

This has turned into a "Who should be a mod" thread, people taking jokes too far.

This type of effect will be in my tournament trailer with a close up on a paintballer running around the globe, then this longview of both of them running around it.
