[Feature] Auto-Merge Multi Accounts

A good feature for the website, especially for *cough* multi *cough* accounts *cough* like *cough* people *cough* right *cough* there *cough*. No bans, Then the game won't die. We don't like the game to die, right?

The e-mail is the e-mail in the "oldest" account to be created by the player.

The problem is, you can't just assume that because someone uses the same computer, that it is a multiple account, as it could be a family member.  The majority of time spent a person that has multiple accounts is the committee (i assume they still do this) finding out information about it, as most of the time people who do it are not willing to talk about it or claim it's a family member or friend.  It'd be nice if it was that simple, but its not.
