Sorry to keep you waiting for voting stage, I'm truly sorry. So let's move ahead to rules:
1. One vote per user
2. User can change his vote
3. Vote is running for 14 days.
4. Results are displayed once voting is over.

Why no PACman you might ask? Answer is, there is such account already, and jitspoe haven't contacted me for case this nick wins, so It's not currently in voting.

Also, aimlib is secret project, don't spread information about it. You can instead talk about now-defunct PbHax (wallhack). Talking about pbhax, I'm thinking about releasing it without anti-detection parts, so committee have newer wh. But this have to wait till after april fools, because texlib is now being developed.
