That's the Ubuntu Gnome theme, so probably Ubuntu.
Why the ranges of 6000 to 7000 and such? Is there supposed to be a 2nd port other than the game that voice chat runs on?

Connection/Router Help

If you are playing your Playstation 2 behind a router, you will need to access your router?s settings and open these following port ranges: Note: Before doing this, please take in note of the risks in opening ports/DMZ by reading Toxic Ninja's post here.  Any modifications to your router are done at your own risk!

UDP Ports: 6000 to 7000, 10070, 50000

TCP Ports: 10070 to 10080, 80

Go to your router settings and set your DMZ (Demilitarized Zone) to your Playstation 2?s Local IP Address.  Although this is more dangerous security wise because if the IP Address you assigned this to gets switched to your computer, there can be a big security breach.  So if you know what your doing go ahead and mess around with these settings.  Sometimes it?s something that cannot be helped because the Host of the game may have his ports note opened and they are blocking the transmission of packets.  Also try the tips found here.
