"sensitivity" is specific to the mouse. Default is "3" I believe. I had mine set to "11" when I used Quake 2. I have it set on "20" now.

How do you aim at something more than 2 feet away? You turn at like 15 degrees at a time with sensitivity that high.

Adjustable mouse DPI + OS's mouse configuration interface, that's how.

It doesn't matter what your mouse dpi or os configuration is. If you move the mouse cursor 1 pixel, it gets scaled by 80 in the game. All the mouse configuration does is change how far you need to move the mouse to move the cursor one pixel.
