How can I make players go flying when they get shot?

Hey guys I really need some help here. Ok so in the game I've been wondering for a while from seeing other servers like this how exactly do you make it so when one person gets shot by someone else they go flying i would really like an answer to this and I'll just say ahead of time thanks. :)

"nokill 1" in the console.

Side note: I was watching {appy play with nokill tonight will bots. Wow. Now that is entertainment :D. Topspeed of ~700. Got an SS of a topspeed of 600ish.
