wow, you can listen to music until you die, and youll never hear a song more than four times! they will never get old that way!    how do you decide what to listen to if you have a billion songs?

Rating system, I have the full discographies of most of the bands that I like and it goes by how I rate songs on different albums, I also listen to stuff like Ginsberg. =D
Where did you get those calculations from? It's around 100 days of music, some of the bitrates are off and stuff.
I've scrobbled some, I drop bands onto my playlist when I want to hear them and shuffle them up.

Yeah...I listen to Manson when I play Quake, and I play Quake a lot...so that answers any questions about why that's my mainly played stuff. lol

Half of that HDD is probably dead bands and garage bands.  =P

It is certainly not the best just by audio/video standards, and storage is a bit limited,  but I use my pocket pc phone since it has a number of other applications that I need daily. I can't see spending the extra money when I always have my phone/organizer, etc. with me.
