Read my New Clan Guide. Although I would suggest you get onto irc and attempt to join an already existing clan before you make your own. Its gonna be pretty hard for you to create a stable clan by yourself i think. So get on irc and start talkin to people! Ask me if you need any advice or tips.

Do you mean on the Global Login or just in general?

Just click on "create clan".  It should be pretty straightforward.

First you need to have a global login profile for yourself.

Then use this link to create it:
