has anyone heard of/used XBC?

If you dont feel like kicking up 50 bucks a year or whatever it is now for Xbox Live (which amounts to less than 5 a month, you cheap bastard XD), you can get XBC for free. any game you can play on xbox or xbox 360, and some psp (?) games with System Link you can play on XBC online with friends. even games like the original Halo, which didnt support online play, you can play bcuz XBC tricks your xbox into thinking its in a system link game.

tis kool. if you have an xbox, a router, and an extra cable such as the one that goes from a cable modem to a computer (the wider, phone cable looking one) you can play XBC. plz play, bcuz im bored and need funn ppl to play halo2 with. plz. thnx

Yeah, I've used XBC, but the only game being played is Halo 2. So it gets boring after a while.

yeah, true. mostly bcuz halo 1 lags really bad even if your close to the host (i played with a kid down my street and it lagged... ) and other games like greg hastings paintball, no one but me even owns XD

Oh god, XBC is horribly laggy. Just invite a friend over and use a LAN. Just get XBL, if you can. It's really, REALLY worth it.

Yea i have XBC but me myself i like xlinks which is same but dont lag as bad I thought.. I use both and currently use XBC alot but xlinks is just as good

xbc never lagged for me.. just upgraded the internet to 15mb package... its a hella lot faster now
