How to make preset messages?

So...how do you make preset messages? Because I'll probably get shot while I'm typing "f--- off loser" (just kidding).

Open the console and type:
bind <key> say "Hello"
put any key on place of <key> and whenever you press the key you will say Hello.

I think the best way to do that is by changing your name to the message you want and copying it from the config to a bind.

One more thing, how do you repeat a message that's not bound, one that you just typed in. Without typing it again. Thanks

The only way to do that is if you type it in the console. If you type it in there just hit the up button and then enter.
