Time was like 1:25 pm in Finland. Server was OTB Pub 3

The guy was speedhacking like you can see in demo above.

please I know it that rather heavy to believe but I was not me! it was my brother !!!!!!  I do not know it how is needed  my brother was playing in my name!,, we have a common computer ,, I was not me!! I know it that this does not exempt from under nothing, I know it with a word that global ban get!  ~sorry for my bad english~

Steel, your IP will be banned, so both you and your brother won't be able to play.  Beat him up for that or w/e

He was playing with the name -}5p{-STEEL.  The should be converted to a @.  Do you have -}5p{-STEEL@ in the logs anywhere?

Steel: Even if it was your brother, since you both share the same computer, you will both be banned if I ban either one of you.
