Looking for a good clan to stick with for a bit.

I've been playing for a bit, pretty decent at matches, best at big team games, can map, can host servers (home-based, mind you)
I don't want to join a clan that's really hyped up on playing, I don't match much, but if you REALLY need me to match, I will.
