Help please

On my new comp,i try to Download TeamSpeak but When I go to install it, nothin happens. I hear that sound you here if you hold a button down on VENT.

I dontknow if its a firewall or simply comp wont run it. Help me out thanks.

it's the ventrillo mix package, includes vent 2.1 2.2 and 2.3 with teamspeak2 in there too. i've never had any problems with it, and it's easier to switch from vent to ts2
