BIG BROTHER IS WATCHING...umm 23 years late but he's here.

Thats been around for a while one was featured on the movie The Island , Dr. Merick was using one as his desk looking at folders, photos and such. I think that movie came out around 2004.

But yeah, it's really cool. While it makes a lot of things easier, it makes a lot of things harder, too. The abstraction of a mouse is kind of nice for some tasks.

I saw this tech at a kiosk one time! It was at some big convention... it's pretty sweet stuff.  I never did understand how the cameras can determine depth from their height and angle but it is a sweet video, now I do, thanks for the post KnacK.
