server trouble

i tryed to start my server and i have been able to make the black box appear but i don't know what to do about the rest of it.. its still a bit confusing... i was hoping some one could help ??? ???

If you have the "black box" open leave it there and check the server list does your server show up?

Also find your IP address by going to http://www.ipchicken.com.

Then go to http://www.dplogin.com/serverlist.php and see if that IP is there.

Also you might want to type exec myserver.cfg or whatever you named your server config into the "black box".
