I think we should do both I know I'd love to be in a real clan but I'm not that good and I want to join a B squad (unfortunately ch1ll doesn't reply to my requests) maybe for the first more experienced clans should help out the newer clans that are those that people in B squads are currently being recruited from.

The "not all" allows us to make the point that it does help people. It can be both good for the game, and bad for it. Players improve quicker, but there is a also the chance that more clans will die. Thats why i stress #1 is what we should aim for.
