how do i increase my lvl so that i can addbots/kick/warn/ change maps ?

If you own the server or are trusted with a login password, then login with your password using the 'login <yourpasswordhere>' command. If you aren't an admin, you're out of luck.

On most servers you have to earn the trust of the server admins and even then you most likely will not get a password. If you have your own server then you are the server admin and you have that power.
