Disconnect?

Sometimes when I go to load a map or play a game the console will tell me that my connection timed out.
When I reconnect it loads a different map.

Also, it seems everytime I play a game and the next map is loading, after a while the console will tell me the loading plaque has disconnected or something like that, but I don't know how to get that to work.
Help please.

Servers usually let you play 20 minutes each map. If you come back after 20 minutes, it will be a different map.

For your other issues, it might be your connection problems, I can't really help you on those. Sorry
