Flashing keyboard lights with win32 api OR COM

Anyone know how to flash/blink the keyboard lights with either Windows' API or some COM object (that I can get for free, or someone would like to write it for mee!)?

Too bad being vice president of my school's German Club didn't leave me much with a comprehension of the language. =(
