Linux Questions
« on: October 01, 2007, 05:59:31 AM »
Hey guys I've installed kubuntu on one of the computers which I built and I have a few questions about it for you linux users.....
1. How bad is it on RAM?
2. What is the best media player for it?
3. What are some good games for it?
4. Does battlefield work on it?
Thanks,
Apocalypse

Doesn't need too much ram.

The best music player is definietly Amarok, and the best video/all round is probably Kaffeine or VLC Player.

Pretty much all the games you can play are open source, so try having a look on sourceforge or using google.

Battlefield * will work if you get Cedega, but it costs money. You can try wine but AppDB says it's pretty unlikely to work.
