can someone explain how to type these in the console and give a list of them

You can type cvarlist to get them all.

4 cvars? I think you need to count again.

The link he gave you: http://digitalpaint.therisenrealm.com/downloads/dp_cmdvar_ref.html had all of that, why couldn't you just be satisfied with exactly what you asked for? 4 cvars? Good grief.
