Bug: Reflective Water on Vista

Not sure if this has been reported, but I just installed b19 on my laptop and this is what the reflective water looks like



I'm running Vista Home Basic on a Dual-Core AMD Turion 64 Processor.
Video card is an ATI Radeon X1270

Smokey, you have an ATI card, right?  I think we figured out that it's something to do with ATI drivers on Linux and Vista.
