Reasons:

1. they wont trash talk anybody
2. they are here only to have fun
3. they don't care if they win or loose (prolly not aware of it either)
4. They don't consider themself as best player in whole wide world
5. They don't judge
6. They wont have any kind of spamming binds
7. They are backbone of all pubs
8. They wont care if you trashtalk em
9. They care to get better (mostly)
10. They are the best

= And you can't ask people who they think the best is because it is all opinion that way. The only real way to find out would be to hold a 1v1 tournament with everyone and see who wins. That person would inturn be considered the best there is. Hold the tourney once a year or even less and see if someone can beat them
