He's got an account, but he doesn't play at all because his mouse sensitivity is all messed up in Vista, plus he doesn't like disabling his second monitor every time he wants to play (also specific to Vista), and it's the only game he notices any problems with and he figures it's not worth it to downgrade to WinXP. We've gone through a couple reformats, different mouse drivers, tons of vista mouse tweaks/fixes, new/old/beta video drivers, etc. and just can't get it to work for him.
