Anybody have any idea what may be causing this?
I've looked around this area for brushes that arn't suposed to be there, and have come up with nothing...
Anyone?

Mysterious brushes come out of nowhere sometimes, take a look at pbcup_pforest for an example. Try copying your map into a new grid, that fixed the problem for me when it happened awhile back.

That's a bit strange. So that seems to be the only way to fix this?

It worked for me, since the brush doesn't exist in BSP, that was the only way i found that worked.

Sometimes weird stuff happens in the compiler. Delete the brush(es) and rebuild. If you have reflective water enabled, it might be because too many surfaces are visible.
