Weird Lagging

Hey, i was wondering if one of you could solve my issue.

Alright, so whenever i gain a fair amount of speed, and i go off a ramp, i lag in mid air (or so i think i lag) and stop dead. Or if i dont stop, i loose a TON  of speed.

My internet is Sympatico High Speed.
i have a linksys modem
i have 80,023,715,840 bytes (74.5 GB) <-- Lol my comp isnt that good.
And 752 MB of RAM

Post a screenie of your netgraph, so we can see if it is network lag or not.
