I get kicked out of servers when i have my clan sign in my name. why?

i login to my global thing.. then i select a server to play in.. then when i get in, one second later a message comes up saying ive been kicked because i cannot play with my clan.. please help me and tell me why i wont let me play

1. Do you use funnames/custom name?  (colored name)
2. What's your clan?
3. What's your login name?
4. Is James truly God?
