how do i get rid of this bind jump?

i got this today and i can't stafe jump with this

at the configs do i delete the alias + wut do i do with

bind "SPACE" "+dj" do i change that to

bind "SPACE" "jump" ?????

you can just go into settings. controls. movement. and do it there
