Note for Linux Users: nostdout cvar
« on: September 13, 2005, 01:24:00 AM »
I've seen a couple complaints about the Linux version messing up the terminal (due to printing extended characters out).  Simply set "nostdout" to 1, and it will suppress output to stdout, thus not messing anything up. :)

This was actually #2 on my list.  #1 was the sound.  It's been a while since I messed with the DP2 linux code.  Does the sound work any better now?

FYI, #3 on my list was the menu mouse always pulled to the top of the main menu screen on my Gentoo iBook.  Not that I was going to play on the iBook, I was just messing with it.

That's all. 3 complaints.

Sound works fine for me.  Using alsa, and not using alsa.
