Tweak: Remove inactive players from the GLS.

Per this post. As has been said, this will provide a more accurate number of active players, and will free up names for those who wish to use them. I'd say along with this a 'vacation mode' would be needed also, during which you can't play but your account is considered active.

That's not really a tweak.  It's more of a grunt work request.  And what about those people who are fairly well known, but tend to go for long periods of time without playing?  The login system hasn't even been active that long in the grand scheme of things.
