I understand Justin. I think 1024 is harsh. I think 256 at the least. But I believe 512 would also be fair.

Edit: In that post by Foxhound it doesn't mention that carcoal was teaching i.e. sharing a cheat with newbie/Darkness as y00tz has previously said somewhere on this forum.

Second off I only gave them to one person who never even used them.

I don't think KiLo had intentions of mass-distributing a cheat, but it was pretty foolish to upload it to a file sharing site where anybody could download it.  He also tried to pass it off as a kid down the street with the same ISP at first.

That picture from Spooks photo bucket is actually what WaRWuLF was trying to get bdog and Muff banned for. Them are not spooks textures. He just took the picture from Warwulf and saved it to his photo stuff

If this was CS or any other Main Stream Games, these guys would be banend for life no questions asked.

Most, if not all, main stream games use PunkBuster.  Once you are banned on PunkBuster, you are banned.  Period.  From all games that use it.  Even if you go out and buy the game again, you are still banned.

If you get banned in Counter-Strike or any other Steam game, all you have to do is buy Counter-Strike again (Which is $10-20 depending on which version you buy) and you can play again.

i agree with the ban and kilo dont cry about admitting because i believe i read somewhere from jitspoe that if you confess for aim and walls it wont shorten your ban its only double accounts that it helps with because this game is supposed to be hack proof so if you admitted to it there would be no point cause jitspoe would already have it on log. and sharing cheats is worse than using them because if you use them that is 1 person if you upload them to people thats more than 1 person hacking.

1024 days - given out to tons of people, and they're basically treated as if they're Zaltekk.
64 days - one-on-one sharing.

Also, what was in the hack pack? Was it something he made himself, or something that he got from another source and uploaded? I think that should be taken into account in the future. Oooh, and the blackmail potential for this is through the roof.

Global Hardware ban bans all of the serial numbers on your hardware and there are no ways around it.  If only the hardware bans we have now were as efficient.

Actually i think you can spoof almost all of serials on your computer....

All I see going on is KiLo being punished for being a good person and helping someone out. :p
