Come on, silly, you know to release a beta first.
The map is about unplayable in its current state. I've never been a fan of spawn rooms, but these are the worst. With the teleporters, people frequently get stuck inside of each other, and it effectively means there are two "spawn points" for each team, both of which can be covered by a single spawn camper (and he can see exactly when somebody is going to spawn, too). The blue spawns are backward. By the time you get up one of those tall ladders, somebody can be back and forth like 3 times - there's not really any sense in going anywhere but rushing head on. With all the pillars in the low path, it's extremely difficult to ramp out of there. I didn't even notice it was ice until after I played it. Maybe if you took those out it would be a feasible second path. I'm not really a fan of the tile ledge. It just doesn't look feasible. The flag platforms could stand to be thinner, too (think of a sheet of metal). Also, most of the barrel textures need to be aligned. They're all wonky.
I've attached a gameplay demo. This is what happened when I loaded it up on the beta server (you'll have to excuse my playing ability as I was using a crappy laptop with the touchpad and at the current sun angle, I think I see my reflection better than what's on the screen).
Sorry I came off as so negative, but it bugs me when people don't release betas first.
