Tweak: Flag cap ends round at first cap

When flagcapendsround is on and both the teams have the flag the round should end when the first person returns the flag.  Not after both have been returned.

there would be little to no point in killing... just grab and cap game over.

what? It's a great idea. On maps lilke shazam33, it's already a race if flagcapendsround=1. I was on razzle and I end up waiting for the other team to return my flag before I bother to return theirs so that mine ends the round. I know you don't get any extra points or anything, but it's just annoying if your cap doesn't end the round on servers with flagcapendsround=1.

the guy that returns last gets bragging rights because he ended the round. That isn't right. It should be the first because he has the skill to return it quicker, even if it turned into a race.....hmm....how about a map where you race to CTF.......hmm.......i'm off now to...er......sleep

How does he get bragging rights?  If both teams capture, both teams get 5 points.  Would it be better if I just changed the message after both teams capture?

Yes, exactly. But someone who's new will presume that he's better in some way. Trust me, it's what I used to think. I think that the message saying both teams capped it is a better idea.

a variation on that would be that the first capured flag is worth more points than the second and the amount that the first and second flag are worth could be set in the server config. Otherwse i would probably say that the first cap should end the round

This is still a first person shooter, not some racing game. We actually want people to eliminate each other not try to runaway for some merry cap.

but when the game mode is capture the flag, isn't that the main purpose of the game? On some maps where theres loads of different routes (life discovery) you probably wouldn't see them unless you camped at the flag, which is just crappy tactically.
