Weird Visual Problem

Yeah, lately I've noticed a problem with my visual maybe video card I'm not sure. Anyways it always mirrors objects weird. In screen shot below take a look at the edges of objects on the screen.

looks like the vid card, it might be overheating.

Are you overclocking it?
