It was on a GT pub around 8 or so central time.

Why would anyone risk getting their 3 year ban reset by evading? Oh wait, maybe because it's a 3 year ban lol. I don't know why you guys are acting so surprised by this... I mean.. He won't be able to play for the next 3 years anyways, he really doesn't have anything to lose as far as that goes lmao. And it's not like kilo is some saintly figure who would never evade in online game *gasp*

Well since he has a 3 yr ban already, evading most likely won't bother him... is there any more positive evidence that it is actually kilo? if there is, there has to be something else to stop people that just stopped caring because of past actions..... hardware ban maybe?

The are hardware bans. I don't think Jitspoe uses it for all bans though. Regardless, Kilo has the know-how to spoof them though.

It was his account, that's pretty substantial evidence

I don't think he did use his account -- doesn't appear that way from the logs. This is why it's important to use the "players" command to get the login id and make sure the person is who you think it is. It's possible the login server was backed up or non-responsive and the player wasn't kicked for using a registered name.

And by the way I can not play because jitspoe banned my MAC and I am just to lazy to spoof it, which I would tell you how to do but that is what got my first forum account perm banned.
