Server Ip Problem

There is something wrong with the server ip i think, when i go on to my server, the server ip is 192.168.1.100:27910 and it's public - no one can see it. If you have an idea what is wrong with it, please post

192.168.1.100 is your network IP.

When you want to play with friends outside of your home network, be sure to open the port and tell them your _external_ IP.
