Capo take the port number off the end of the IP address and just use 69.93.11.66
Your pathping should work then

do a pathping to 69.93.11.66

WIndows will not resolve what you put in.

heh, that sucks.

Hmmm....

It seems like its doing it on and off.

Like when i unplug my modem, packets aren't being lost.
And than when i start playing...or what not.....i start losing them...hmmm... I went to my friends house and ran a tracert to see if he was losing packets, since he has the same internet and modem as me. Unfortunately, he has No packetloss  >:(

Edit:Looks like im not spiking anymore :D. I'll get a Black line here and there. That's about it.
